**About Us**

Arramton Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is a growing IT services and digital solutions company specializing in software development, web design, and digital marketing. We work with clients across the globe, including the UK market, and are looking for a **UK Process Associate** with excellent communication skills and a **mandatory UK accent** to handle client interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage inbound and outbound communication with UK-based clients/customers.
- Accurately record client details, queries, and resolutions in company systems.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain process quality standards and meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Adapt to UK culture and client expectations while ensuring smooth communication.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- **Fluent English with a clear UK accent (mandatory).**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
