**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all administrative operations of the institute.
- Handle faculty relations - motivate, convince, and bring out the best performance from them.
- Maintain and track attendance records of faculty, staff, and students.
- Handle student feedback and reviews through direct communication.
- Oversee maintenance-related work and ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
- Prepare, update, and manage presentations (PPTs) and institute reports as needed.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the institute with a focus on discipline and punctuality.
- Maintain records of all administrative activities and reports.
- Supervise and instruct staff.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and highly organized.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
