**Job Title**: Merchandiser - Uma Ornaments (Jewellery Industry)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Merchandising & Product Development**:

- Collaborate with the design team to curate jewellery collections that align with current market trends and consumer preferences.
- Provide creative input on product designs, packaging, and overall presentation to ensure market relevance and appeal.
- Keep track of competitor offerings and trends to ensure our product line remains competitive.
- **Creative Contributions**:

- Assist in developing design briefs, mood boards, and visual concepts for new collections.
- Work with designers on CAD (Computer-Aided Design) development to ensure designs maintain high aesthetic standards.
- Contribute to marketing collaterals including brochures, catalogues, and social media content to promote jewellery products.
- **Marketing & Agency Coordination**:

- Act as the point of contact between the company and external marketing agencies to plan and execute campaigns.
- Oversee photoshoots and other creative activities to ensure alignment with brand identity and visual standards.
- Provide timely feedback to agencies to ensure the high-quality delivery of marketing materials.
- **Campaign & Activity Execution**:

- Plan and execute marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and brand promotions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of marketing and merchandising strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, from digital platforms to physical promotions.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns and merchandising efforts.
- Provide monthly insights and recommendations for improvements based on performance data, consumer feedback, and market trends.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in merchandising, preferably within the jewellery industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel DRAW.
- A strong understanding of jewellery trends, design aesthetics, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Location**: Andheri East

**Salary Range**: Competitive, based on experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
