Develop and execute visually compelling displays that showcase the Irth Bags product range and align with the brand’s image and retail goals.
- Create seasonal and promotional window displays, in-store layouts, and shelf presentations that attract and engage customers.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure displays are optimized for maximum product visibility and sales.
- Design and implement visual concepts and layouts based on store size, product types, and target customer profiles.
- Maintain a consistent brand message across all visual merchandising activities, ensuring all displays are on-brand and visually appealing.
- Monitor the effectiveness of in-store displays and recommend changes to improve visual appeal and sales performance.
- Stay updated with current trends in fashion retail and visual merchandising to bring fresh ideas to the store's design and setup.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials needed for display setups.
- Manage the execution of display installations and maintain an organized inventory of props, materials, and tools used in displays.
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate promotions and campaigns into visual merchandising strategies.
- Ensure that all displays are regularly updated and maintained to reflect new collections, seasonal changes, and promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field (NIFT graduate preferred).
- 3-4 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the fashion or accessories industry.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising projects and designs.
- Expertise in space planning, product placement, and display techniques.
- Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD) for creating layouts and visual concepts.
- A keen eye for detail, creativity, and strong design sense.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of market trends and a good understanding of customer psychology in a retail context.
- Ability to travel to various retail locations as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
