**Responsibilities**:

- **Visual Display Creation**:

- Develop visually compelling displays for storefronts, window displays, and in-store environments that reflect The Tailor Lab's brand identity and highlight key product offerings.
- Utilize creative techniques in lighting, signage, and props to enhance the visual impact of displays and attract customer attention.
- **Merchandising Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop merchandising strategies that drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Implement seasonal and promotional displays in accordance with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- **Space Planning and Layout**:

- Optimize store layout and flow to maximize space utilization and facilitate ease of navigation for customers.
- Ensure merchandise is strategically positioned to encourage product discovery and drive sales.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the retail team to replenish merchandise as needed, ensuring that displays are consistently well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and identify opportunities for merchandising improvements.
- **Visual Standards Compliance**:

- Uphold high visual standards across all retail locations, ensuring that displays are consistently maintained, organized, and visually impactful.
- Train and educate retail staff on visual merchandising best practices to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong creative and aesthetic sensibility, with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising tools and techniques, including space planning, display construction, and styling.
- Familiarity with current trends in retail and visual merchandising.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
