**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the aesthetic appeal and customer experience of our Retail Stores and SIS Stores. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining visually compelling displays that align with brand identity, drive sales, and optimize store layouts.

1.Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to increase store traffic and sales.

2.Design and set up store displays, window presentations, and in-store signage.

3.Collaborate with store management and marketing teams to align displays with

promotional campaigns.

4.Ensure all visual merchandising elements adhere to brand guidelines and standards.

5.Monitor and analyze merchandising effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.

6.Work closely with inventory and sales teams to highlight key products and new arrivals.

7.Maintain store aesthetics, including lighting, product arrangement, and cleanliness.

8.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor merchandising strategies.

9.Support seasonal and promotional changes within the store layout.

**Job Requirements**:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

2.Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry.

3.Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for design and detail.

4.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously at Pan India Level.

5.Keep Knowledge and analyze consumer behavior and market trends.

6.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

7.Head Office Location: Prabhadevi East.

8.Reporting to: Head Operations and HO Sales Team

9. Working Days: Monday to Saturday

10. Working Hours: 10am to 7pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
