**Job Title**: Visual Merchandiser Executive
**Location**: Mumbai Central
**Department**: Marketing/Retail
**Reports To**: Visual Merchandising Manager or Store Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Visual Merchandiser Executive is responsible for designing and implementing attractive visual displays across retail stores to ensure a compelling customer experience. The goal is to maximize sales through innovative display strategies while maintaining brand consistency and aesthetics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Visual Display Creation**:

- Design and set up visually appealing merchandise displays for windows, store layout, and promotional events.
- Maintain store visual standards, including seasonal displays, mannequins, and product arrangements.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure displays align with brand guidelines.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Ensure all visual merchandising strategies reflect the brand image, enhancing customer engagement.
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and competitor activities to maintain innovative displays.
- **Sales-Driven Merchandising**:

- Plan store layouts with the objective of maximizing sales potential and enhancing product visibility.
- Use data analysis (sales, customer preferences) to guide merchandising strategies and adjust displays accordingly.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Work closely with the stock and inventory team to ensure products are well stocked and positioned for maximum impact.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of displays and merchandising initiatives.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Liaise with the marketing team for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with store staff to ensure displays are installed and maintained properly.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research on trends and customer preferences to stay ahead in visual merchandising techniques.
- Analyze the success of different displays and make recommendations for improvements.
- **Training & Development**:

- Provide training and guidance to store staff on display standards and presentation techniques.
- Ensure ongoing communication with the sales and store teams regarding merchandising goals and new setups.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail, or fashion.
- **Skills**:

- Strong creative and artistic abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Knowledge of current trends in visual merchandising and retail display.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, etc.) is an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹13,920.74 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
