**JD - Merchandising Executive**

**Location: Mumbai**

**Role Overview**

The Merchandising executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the merchandising strategy for our premium gift hampers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Merchandising Strategy**: Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with the brand's premium positioning and business objectives.

**Data Analysis**: Conduct regular sales and trend analyses, using data to make informed merchandising decisions and identify growth opportunities.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and logistics teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and effective online merchandising.

**Customer Insights**:Leverage customer feedback and purchase behavior data to refine and enhance product offerings.

**Reporting**: Regularly report on key merchandising KPIs, including sales performance
- **Key Qualifications**

**Experience**:1-2 years in merchandising, preferably within the premium or luxury D2C segment; experience in online consumer tech or e-commerce is a plus.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in merchandising systems.
- Deep understanding of luxury and premium consumer markets.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for product curation.

**Personal Qualities**: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with an eye for emerging trends and a drive to exceed sales targets.
