**Designation : Merchandising Manager** **Area of Expertise: Merchandising & Operation** **Department: Merchandising - Watches & Sunglasses** **KRA** **1) Base Stocks** a) Maintaing Base Stock Levels for every store (Brand-wise). b) Plan merchandise for stores considering base stock and sales. c) Review Base stocks every quarter. **2) Replenishment** a) Weekly Brandwise, storewise Replenishments. b) Replenishments to be done post analysisng the data of sales, base stock and store potential. c) Ensuring top selling stock is available in stores. d) Making Grading of stores & extra focus of Grade "A" Stores. e) Daily Cordination with the partners (SSL, LSI,JIV, Central, Helios). f) Follow-up with team on dispatches for replenished stocks. **3) Dispatch** a) Coordinate with the logistic team regularly & ensure the timely dispatches. b) Ensure allocation of POSM material to stores for Watches and Sunglasses - Boxes / Cases/Selvets/Warranty Cards at stores. **4) Ageing RTV** a) Ensuring RTV from partners for all goods above 4 months. b) Check the goods on floor before the scheme and do RTV of unwanted merchandise. **5) Analysis** a) Doing store and market visit for understanding the trends in the market. b) Analyse the sales report highlight best sellers and slow movers. c) Sharing inputs on the new merchandise selection. d) Sharing sales mix of merchandise to buyer for new season buying. e) Analysing model wise monthly sale trend and giving inputs on how we can boost sales. f) Preparing liquidation plan for all stocks that are slow moving & executing the plan. **6) Offers** a) Ensure offers are communicated to stores on monthly basis, with revised discounts if any. b) Review discounts on the merchandise and Propose discounts to Finance for approval. c) Ensure monthly discount discrepancies received from accounts are verified and shared with partners on timely basis. **Reports**: 1) Base Stock V/s Actual Stock on floor, Store wise & Brand Wise. 2) Ageing report & Liquidation Plan for the same. 3) Model Wise Ranking Report to be shared to Sales team for respective partners. 4) Brand Wise Report showing What classification of model is selling. I.e How many Multi function watches, how many Basic Watches, how many Leather watches, gender wise sales etc. **Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: - Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91-XXXXXXXXXX
