**Job Title: BRS Junior Accountant**

Location: Tirupati

Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly **bank reconciliations** to ensure accuracy between bank records and company books.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in posting journal entries and maintaining the general ledger.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assist with invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and petty cash management.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (internships count).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and BRS processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
