We are looking for Transport Incharge for our Orchids International School.

Location:

- Hennur, Bengaluru

**Key Responsibilities**
- Transport Management
- Vehicle Repair & Maintenance
- Drivers & Maid Management
- Documents & report Handling
- Registers Handling
- Tracking of Vehicles
- Parents Handling
- The transport in-charge is responsible for setting the routes for the buses, dispatch and

arrival of the buses.
- Responsible for day to day running of School Transport.
- Transport Incharge should schedule & manage bus routes
- Allocate new students for the running bus routes
- Take daily updates from the internal team about the number of students not traveling in

each day for any reason.
- Should keep the internal team informed about any new students joining or leaving the

transport service.
- Allocate specific routes and vehicles to the drivers based on the availability
- Should conduct weekly meetings with bus drivers ,attenders for reinforcing their regular

duties and protocols.
- Responsible for hiring drivers in case of vacancy
- Managing vehicle documents
- Should look into the timely maintenance and repair of all buses of the respective branch

to ensure the safety and comfort of students
- Perform periodic checkup of vehicles in a regular interval to avoid mid-trip breakdowns

and to improve safety.
