Hub Incharge

**Job Summary**:
The Hub Incharge is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the logistics hub, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods, maintaining inventory, managing hub staff, and ensuring adherence to company processes, safety standards, and quality parameters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily hub operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor loading, unloading, sorting, and timely dispatch of consignments.
- Manage and optimize workforce productivity, including hub staff, drivers, and third-party vendors.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records using WMS or ERP tools.
- Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and hygiene protocols at the hub.
- Monitor hub performance KPIs (TAT, delivery SLAs, damage/loss rates, etc.) and initiate improvement actions.
- Coordinate with transportation, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle hub documentation, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Train, motivate, and manage a team of hub operators and support staff.
- Address escalations, resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct audits and enforce compliance with company policies and SOPs.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of logistics software (WMS, TMS) and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
