**Job Summary**:
The Godown Incharge is responsible for managing all stock-related activities for finished laminates and raw materials, including proper storage, handling, dispatch, and inventory control. This role ensures smooth coordination between production, sales, and logistics, maintaining high accuracy and safety standards in handling laminate sheets and related materials.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Stock Management**:

- Maintain accurate stock of finished laminates, categorized by design, thickness, and size (e.g., 0.8mm, 1mm).
- Ensure batch-wise stacking and traceability for quality control and dispatch.

2. **Storage & Handling**:

- Organize laminates properly to prevent warping, breakage, or damage.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO methods for finished goods.
- Ensure stacking norms are followed as per product safety guidelines.

3. **Dispatch & Logistics**:

- Prepare dispatch plans based on sales orders and coordinate with transporters.
- Generate necessary documents - delivery challans, invoices, packing lists.
- Supervise loading activities to avoid damage to sheets during transportation.
- Track dispatches and share updates with the sales teams.

4. **Inventory Control & Documentation**:

- Maintain daily stock registers
- Conduct physical stock verification regularly and reconcile with system entries.
- Report shortages, damages, or mismatches to management immediately.
- Handle inward/outward entries and maintain gate pass records.

5. **Coordination & Communication**:

- Coordinate closely with production for inward of finished goods.
- Liaise with sales/dispatch departments for timely fulfillment of orders.
- Provide real-time inventory data for planning and reporting.

6. **Godown Maintenance & Safety**:

- Ensure proper lighting, cleanliness, and safety equipment.
- Maintain pest control and prevent moisture exposure to laminates.
- Ensure safe movement of sheets.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Experience in handling laminate or sheet materials
- Strong knowledge of stock classification
- Ability to use inventory management software
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to supervise labor staff

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- M Graduate in any stream
- 2-3 years experience in warehouse/godown operations in manufacturing (preferably laminates, plywood, veneer, or sheet products)
- Familiarity with dispatch documentation and inventory practices

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
