**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of **ERP software** used in the garments industry (e.g., inventory, production, payroll, etc.)
- Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of **production-related software** and data backups.
- Troubleshoot software and network-related issues across departments.
- Coordinate with software vendors for updates, licenses, and technical support.
- Maintain **user access control**, software updates, and antivirus management.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, licenses, and configurations.
- Assist in **hardware maintenance** when required (printers, scanners, biometric, etc.)
- Ensure proper functioning of **CCTV**, biometric attendance systems, and other IT-linked devices.
- Provide on-call support during **production downtime** or urgent IT-related issues.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of **garments industry ERP software**added advantage.
- Good understanding of **Windows OS, LAN/WAN, basic networking, and MS Office tools**.
- Experience in **software troubleshooting**, user access control, and system support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in **Computer Science, IT, or related field**.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/garments industry environment.
