Role Summary: We’re looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive who can convert leads via telephone calls. You will be instrumental in growing our customer base, understanding market dynamics, and consistently achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to convert them into clients where leads generated by Marketing Team - Handle full sales cycle over phone: pitching, objections, follow-ups, and closing - Maintain and update CRM with call records, sales data, and customer feedback - Collaborate with marketing to align on promotions, offers, and product launches - Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to business growth strategies - Leadership to Manage the Team Requirements: - 0–2 years of experience in FMCG sales or related sectors. - Freshers also can apply - Strong telephone communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly - Excellent negotiation skills; results and target-oriented - Comfortable working with CRM tools and reporting sales metrics - Self-motivated, disciplined, able to work independently and Good Leadership Skills - Any Graduate degree.
