We are seeking a proactive and professional Front Office Executive to manage our front desk, ensure smooth office administration, and coordinate vendor-related activities.
**Front Office Management**:
- Manage the reception area and be the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support HR/admin in organizing internal meetings, events, etc.
- Maintain general cleanliness and readiness of the reception and meeting areas.
**Vendor Management**:
- Coordinate with office vendors (e.g., housekeeping, security, pantry, stationery suppliers).
- Ensure timely payments, service renewals, and contract management.
- Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback for service improvements.
- Maintain a database of approved vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
**Facility & Office Management**:
- Liaise with the building management for office maintenance and repair work.
- Monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) schedules for equipment and office assets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and office hygiene protocols.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1.5-3 years of experience in a front office/admin role (preferably in a tech or SaaS environment).
- Experience with vendor coordination and basic procurement will be a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
