Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities of a Manpower Supervisor:
- **Supervision and Guidance**: Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.

- **Scheduling and Workflow Management**: Create schedules, plan work assignments, and manage workflow to optimize productivity and efficiency.
*
- **Performance Management**: Evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement and training.
*
- **Training and Development**: Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development opportunities.
*
- **Communication and Reporting**: Communicate effectively with employees, senior management, and other departments, providing updates on team performance and addressing issues.
*
- **Adherence to Policies and Procedures**: Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and industry regulations.
*
- **Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution**: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement solutions to operational challenges.
*
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and training.

- **Team Building**: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and motivation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
