**Job Title**: Apprentice - Housekeeping Supervisor
**Location**: Gurgaon
**Reports To**: Facility Manager
**Job Summary**:
As an Apprentice in Facility Management, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to the day-to-day operations of managing and maintaining commercial or residential facilities. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will learn best practices in facility management, including building maintenance, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and client service delivery. This role is designed to provide foundational knowledge and practical skills to support your growth in the facility management industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in daily facility operations, including routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
Support the team in coordinating with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and other services.
Learn and ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
Help monitor and manage building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.
Assist in maintaining accurate records, including maintenance logs, inventory, and service reports.
Participate in client interactions and support the delivery of exceptional service standards.
Gain exposure to energy management practices and sustainability initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to identify and address operational challenges.

**Qualifications**:
Recent graduate or pursuing a relevant diploma/degree in facility management, engineering, or related fields.
Strong interest in building operations, maintenance, and customer service.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and aptitude for learning facility management software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
