Role Summary

The Modern Trade Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, market share, and customer engagement in modern trade channels (hypermarkets, supermarkets, and convenience stores). This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets through effective distribution, merchandising, and promotional activities.

2. Channel Development: Build strong relationships with key customers, identify business opportunities, and negotiate contracts.

3. Market Research: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

4. Merchandising: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize visibility and sales.

5. Promotions: Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and activations.

6. Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.

7. Inventory Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and minimize waste.

8. Budget Management: Manage budget effectively, track expenses, and optimize ROI.

9. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.

10. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
