Job Title Business Development Manager Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and nurturing client relationships and driving company growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and or international markets - Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers - Research and analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits - Collaborate with internal teams marketing product operations to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment of objectives - Maintain CRM systems to track leads opportunities and client interactions - Attend industry events conferences and networking activities to promote the company and gather market intelligence Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field MBA is a plus - Proven experience in business development sales or a similar role typically 3-5 years - Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software e g Salesforce HubSpot - Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets Preferred Skills - Experience in the Furniture -office work station Modular Kitchen Home furniture Home Interior sector - Knowledge of marketing and sales automation tools - Multilingual abilities if relevant to the role - Familiarity with B2B and or B2C sales strategies Work Environment - Full-time position typically Monday to Saturday - May require occasional travel for client meetings conferences or industry events - Job Types Full-time Permanent- Pay - 30 000 00 - 55 227 11 per month- Ability to commute relocate Noida Sector 12 Noida Uttar Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required - Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience - Furniture sales office workstation Modular Kitchen 3 years Required - Modular Kitchen Office Furniture Interior Decorate 1 year Required - Location Noida Sector 12 Noida Uttar Pradesh Required - Willingness to travel 100 Required - Work Location In person ref updazz com
