We are urgently looking for **Finance Assistant** for one of the **Power Industry.**

**Location: Africa**

**Experience**:5-11 years

- **Import/Export Documents & Compliance**: Handle all import and export paperwork, making sure everything meets the legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Accounting & Financial Tasks**: Manage daily accounting, keep track of company finances, and prepare financial reports.
- **Shipping & Logistics Coordination**: Work with the shipping and logistics teams to clear cargo from ports and manage related paperwork.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare reports like MIS and track cash flow to keep the company’s finances on track.
- **Banking & Compliance**: Ensure the company follows banking rules, manage bank accounts, and handle all banking transactions.
- **Foreign Payments & Expenses**: Process international payments and manage the accounting of related expenses.
- **Project Accounting**: Close out project accounts each month, making sure all records are accurate and up to date.
