**Role Description**

This is a **full-time on-site **role for a **Legal Assistant** at Parrami Finance Private Limited. As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication, and providing administrative assistance. You will work closely with the legal team & consultants to **ensure efficient handling of all legal matters**.

Coordinate Litigation matters

Attend the Court dates to support and assist Legal Counsels

Drafting & Issuance of Financial Recovery Notices, Cheque Bouncing Notices

Drafting & Vetting of Documents & Agreements

Regulatory & Legal Compliances

Ensure Efficient Handling of Matters

**Qualifications**
- Law Graduate
- Post Graduation Experience in Litigation & Non Litigation Work
- Well versed with procedures at MM courts, High Court, Session Court, NCLT and related Departments
- Knowledge of Charitable Trusts Act and Proceedures
- Law and Legal Assistants skills
- Strong communication skills
- Administrative assistance abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of finance and banking industry is a plus
- Ability to commute to Work Place (Andheri)

Office Hours : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Working days : Mon to Sat (Except 2nd and 4th Sat)

Interview Schedule : Subject to confirmation, 11 am to 1 pm on Working Days

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
