**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and qualify leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
- Conduct site visits and present solar solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Follow up with clients and ensure smooth project handover to the installation team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to the Sales Manager.
- Stay updated on solar technology trends, government schemes, and subsidies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-3 years of sales experience**; experience in solar, energy, or related sectors preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple, client-friendly manner.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Graduate in any discipline; technical background is a plus.
