### *Key Responsibilities:*
- *Sales and Lead Generation:*
- Engage with prospective buyers, understand their needs, and offer suitable property solutions.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with potential clients.
- *Client Relationship Management:*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals with prospective buyers.
- Provide post-sales support to clients as needed.
- *Marketing and Social Media Management:*
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote office spaces and residential flats.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and attract potential buyers.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- *Reporting and Documentation:*
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales, and marketing activities.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.

### *Qualifications:*
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Proven track record of successful property sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and a results-driven approach.
