**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing Interior Execution company based in Navi Mumbai, specializing in premium **hospitality interior projects** including hotels, resorts, and restaurants across India. As we expand, we are looking for a **Project Coordinator** to support project planning, scheduling, vendor coordination, and site execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Project Manager in **planning and scheduling** interior execution works.
- Coordinate with design teams, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare and update **project schedules** using **MS Project** or equivalent tools.
- Prepare and maintain **daily/weekly progress reports**, site checklists, and material flow reports.
- Manage drawings and documentation — proficiency in **AutoCAD** required.
- Create and maintain project trackers using **MS Excel**.
- Coordinate project logistics, material deliveries, and site manpower.
- Conduct project follow-ups to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

**Key Requirements**:

- **2-3 years** of experience in interior project coordination (hospitality/retail experience preferred).
- Proficient in **AutoCAD** - should be able to read and understand working drawings.
- Strong command of **MS Excel** - reporting, data tracking, scheduling.
- Working knowledge of **MS Project** or similar project scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects/sites simultaneously.
- **Based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai** and open to occasional travel to project sites.
- **Immediate joiners** preferred.
