Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator located in Navi Mumbai. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication between teams. The Project Coordinator will assist in maintaining project documentation, monitoring project progress, and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, the role involves supporting the project team with organizational and administrative tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills, including task prioritization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, along with effective documentation skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address challenges and ensure the smooth execution of projects
  • Familiarity with technical concepts in engineering or elevator systems is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in project coordination or management is preferred
