**Job Title**: Production Shift Incharge - Moulding

**Department**: Production

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle shift-wise manpower allocation in the moulding section.
- Achieve production targets for all machines and parts during the shift.
- Ensure shift-wise OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is met as per defined targets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in moulding machines during the shift.
- Reduce mould changeover time by following standard procedures and optimizing resources.
- Monitor lumps generation and identify root causes.
- Take corrective and preventive actions to reduce lumps/rejections.
- Drive continuous improvement activities to improve shift-wise OEE.
- Record and report any 4M changes (Man, Machine, Method, Material) during the shift.
- Document and escalate abnormal situations occurring during the shift.
- Prepare and submit daily production MIS (Machine-wise and part-wise reports).
- Take actions against major production losses and ensure root cause elimination.
- Ensure 5S implementation and maintenance in the moulding section.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
