**Job Profile**: Warehouse Incharge/Admin

**Experience**: 2 to 4 years

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Budget** : Upto 5LPA

**Roles & Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules in coordination with the Warehouse team
- Vendor creation in ZOHO in coordination with the Finance team.
- Prepare the Purchase Orders for vendors as per templates.
- Coordinate with the supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales contracts, and product inventories.
- Create and share periodic updates on progress of specific tasks and deliverables.
- Design, prepare, and deliver periodic MIS reports, including sales
- Performance, revenue, and profitability analysis.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze data to provide insights for strategic planning and forecasting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
