JOB SUMMARY
The Cluster Incharge would be responsible for driving business objectives & market development in the assigned geography managing sales & operations through multiple warehouses. Leading a team of Business Development executives and Sales Executives who in turn will be managing sales & operations team under their assigned beats, CI will play a pivotal role in scaling up and driving business growth through process implementation, review & continuous improvement
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Team Handling
- Directly manage a team of BDEs to achieve sales & operations KPIs for the cluster
- Align monthly action plan as per business objectives of the organisation
- Continuously train & develop team members on business process, sales ethics & business development
- Sales Management
- Sales forecasting & target setting at warehouse level
- Drive input & output parameters for sales hygiene
- Achieve business targets through effective trade & team management - beat planning, sales hiring, customer on boarding, regular billing, upselling, conflict resolution etc.
- Effectively drive KPIs of various delivery modes as per agreed manpower planning
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
