We are looking for an Admin Incharge for our manufacturing company in kundli, Sonipat.
**Job Description**:
The Admin Manager is directly responsible to Director for below jobs
- 1. Manage ,Command and control and make processes of below spheres of Factory and its premises
- 2. Security of Men Material and IT Data by formulating, making processes and ensuring with help of Sec personnel and cyber tools.
3. Fire Safety by formulating, making processes and ensuring with help of fire appliances.
4. Ensuring all Govt compliances in time. Maintenance of Fire appliances.
5. External suppliers and vendors of IT, House Keeping and maintenance.
6. Cleanliness, Housekeeping and Gardening of entire area and surrounding of Factory premises.
7. Research of proper purchase suppliers time to time. (New vendor development)
8. Ensuring proper filing of all documents of Factory ( physical and digital) and reproducing it when required.
9. Ensuring timely compliance of all Govt. requirements viz. Licensing, permissions etc.
12. Making arrangements for tour and travels of visitors and director’s family members.
13. Passing of Job work Bills and of Vendors.
14. Ensuring proper attendance is marked and record maintained.
15. Making monthly salary of all employees and disbursement through NEFT/ Cash.
16. Follow up delegation task of all employees.
17. Making some one responsible in other Factories and offices.
18. Handling Petty Cash.
19. Develop, revise and improve administrative system. Policies and procedure with management consent.
20. Supervise the day to day operation of the staff members.
21. Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment's are working and properly managed.
22. Planning, scheduling of office events including meeting, audits, inspections, conferences, orientation and training sessions.
23. Overall tracking progress towards company goals.
**Skills**:1. Administrative Management Skill
2. Good reading, writing in Hindi & English. Good in mathematics
3. Good verbal and communication skill
4. Problem Solving skill
5. Good follow up skill
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 10 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 8 years (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)
- Hindi (required)
