**Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same field **(Real Estate - Residential - Sales & Marketing)**

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Provide personalized assistance to clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate properties.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and customers.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate new leads.
- Manage social media platforms, website content, and online advertising campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Manage and update property listings on various platforms and websites.
- Assist in the preparation and smooth floating of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Maintain a database of client information and interactions for future follow-ups and marketing purposes.
- Organize and conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
