**Job Overview**:
We seek an enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The Sales and Marketing Executive will play a vital role in reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our properties, and setting up appointments for site visits. This position is integral to our sales process and contributes significantly to lead generation and customer engagement. We have multiple projects in Ahmedabad, Baroda, and Halol.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Provide detailed information about available properties and answer inquiries.
Schedule appointments for property viewings.
Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
Follow up with potential clients after initial contact.
Achieve monthly targets for calls made and appointments set.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
**Requirements**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Proficient in MS Office and presentation software.
Basic digital marketing skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a keen interest in real estate.
**Experience**:
1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a customer service role.
