**Job Title: Master Technician diagnostics 4-wheeler.**

The Master Technician at our automobile dealership is a highly skilled and experienced professional responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they are in optimal operating condition. This position requires a deep understanding of automotive systems, advanced diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform complex diagnostics to identify issues with vehicle systems and components.
- Repair and service vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify additional maintenance or repair needs.
- Utilize advanced tools and equipment to efficiently diagnose and repair vehicle problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, including parts used and labor hours.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology and participate in ongoing training programs.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification from a technical school or vocational training is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on diagnosing and repairing complex issues.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and computerized controls.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and software to troubleshoot vehicle problems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per year
