About the Role- We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Soldering Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in soldering electronic components with precision and should be able to work carefully, efficiently, and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Perform manual and precision soldering of electronic and electrical components.
  • Assemble and repair circuit boards, wiring harnesses, and connectors as per specifications.
  • Inspect and test soldered joints to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Follow technical drawings and work instructions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workstation and equipment.
  • Report defects or issues to the supervisor and assist in troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile -

  • ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in soldering or electronic assembly (freshers with good skills can also apply).
  • Good understanding of soldering tools, techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Attention to detail and steady hand coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
