Job Responsibilities:

- Perform soldering operations on electronic components and assemblies, with a focus on SMD soldering techniques.
- Select appropriate components based on specifications and requirements.
- Inspect and test soldered connections to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
- Troubleshoot soldering issues or defects and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to established manufacturing processes and safety guidelines.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records of production activities.
- Assist in training and mentoring new soldering technicians, as required.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge in soldering techniques and technologies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in the Kannada language.

Qualifications:

- Successful completion of an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) course in soldering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a soldering technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with expertise in SMD soldering.
- Proficiency in component selection based on specifications and requirements.
- Familiarity with soldering equipment, tools, and related materials, particularly for SMD soldering.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and their functions.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills, with proficiency in the Kannada language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
