Hiring: Electronics Assembly & Soldering Technician Bangalore | Full-time | On-site Vacancies: 4 Experience: 1–3 years Education: Diploma / ITI in Electronics or related fields Salary: Industry Competitive + Based on Experience We’re looking for hands-on electronics enthusiasts who can build hardware with soldering tiny components, and assembling real products. Role Responsibilities Perform manual soldering & rework on: SMD components (down to 0603 packages & fine-pitch ICs ) Through-hole components Assemble and debug prototype PCB boards as per schematic & BOM. Inspect and test assembled boards for quality and reliability. Rework/repair circuits and improve assembly quality when needed. Maintain tools, ESD-safe workspace, assembly logs, and best soldering practices. Ideal Candidate Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly or PCB rework. Strong SMD & through-hole soldering skills (including 0603 & fine-pitch ICs). Experience with hot-air rework, microscopes, and solder rework tools. Ability to understand BOMs; basic schematic reading is a plus. Passion for hardware tinkering, repair, and prototyping. Location Peenya 2nd Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka
