**Brief Description about the Project**

We are seeking a skilled Medical Technician to join our research team at SJRI. The role involves supporting various research projects, including those focused on nutrition, public health, and health technology. The position encompasses responsibilities in handling technical aspects of studies such as longitudinal, interventional, observational, cohort studies, and randomized controlled trials.

**Preferred Qualifications**:M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology, Bachelors or Master’s in science

**Salary**: Rs 25,000/- 30,000/- based on experience

**Language**:English, Kannada, Hindi, South Indian Languages

**Experience**:Minimum 1- 2 years of experience working as a medical technician in a clinical or research setting

**Last Day for Receiving Application**: 15th March, 2025

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the setup, installation, and configuration of advanced and sensitive equipment and devices.
- Perform systematic assessments using medical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in the laboratory.
- Collect and process participant/patients biological samples for laboratory analysis.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Perform quality control checks and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare technical reports, logs, and maintenance schedules.
- Supervise daily technical activities to ensure productivity.
- Data entry, data collation and follow standard
