**Job Title**: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) / Paramedic

**Location**: Bangalore, Karnataka

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency calls, providing immediate medical care and first aid.
- Assess patients’ conditions and determine appropriate emergency medical care.
- Provide basic and advanced life support as required.
- Operate emergency vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Assist in patient transport to hospitals and ensure continuity of medical care during transit.
- Maintain accurate patient care records and incident reports.
- Inspect, maintain, and restock medical equipment and supplies in ambulances.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, hospital staff, and other medical professionals.
- Perform wound care, bandaging, and other basic paramedical procedures like using Cardiac Monitor, Ventilator, Suction Machine etc...
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- **Degree/Diploma in Paramedical Science** (EMT, Paramedic, First Aid, Trauma Care, Wound Care, etc.)

OR
- **Nursing qualification**:ANM, GNM, or B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid certification and registration with relevant medical councils or boards (if applicable).
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in emergency medical services or hospital emergency/trauma department is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Kannada (preffered), and English

- Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to lift and transport patients safely.
- Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude.
