Job Overview Spandana Hospital is seeking a Fresher Emergency Medical Physician for a full-time position in our emergency department. The role is based in our Bangalore headquarters and requires candidates with a minimum of 0 to a maximum of 1 year of experience. Successful candidates will play a vital role in providing immediate medical response and care during medical emergencies, ensuring efficient treatment and patient stabilization. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in emergency medicine (Mandatory skill). Expertise in critical care procedures and protocols (Mandatory skill). Ability to handle trauma management effectively (Mandatory skill). Adept at patient stabilization during emergencies, ensuring safety and proper care. Strong diagnostic skills to assess and begin treatment promptly in emergency situations. Effective decision-making under pressure, to prioritize patient care quickly and efficiently. Excellent team collaboration skills to work seamlessly with other healthcare professionals. Knowledge of emergency procedures to act swiftly and competently during medical crises. Roles and Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patient health emergencies, providing rapid response as required. Ensure patient stabilization by applying relevant medical techniques and interventions. Perform accurate diagnostics under pressure, making informed decisions for patient care. Collaborate effectively with fellow doctors and healthcare staff in the emergency room. Conduct emergency procedures, utilizing expertise to handle critical medical situations. Maintain patient records accurately for continuity of care and legal adherence. Communicate effectively with patients and family members regarding conditions and treatments. Stay updated on emergency medicine advancements to apply the best practices in treatments.
