**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **emergency medical care** at the site of incident and during patient transportation.
- Administer **BLS (Basic Life Support)** and **ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)** procedures as required.
- Assess patients’ conditions quickly and determine appropriate treatment protocols.
- Operate medical equipment such as defibrillators, ventilators, and monitoring systems.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient assessment, treatment provided, and vital signs.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Safely transport patients to hospitals while monitoring and stabilizing their conditions.
- Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and functionality of ambulance and emergency equipment.
- Follow all medical, ethical, and legal guidelines related to emergency care.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Valid **BLS (Basic Life Support)** and **ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)** certification.
- Relevant EMT training/qualification from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of emergency protocols and medical equipment handling.
- Good communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure.

**Preferred Profile**
- Prior experience in emergency/ambulance services will be an added advantage.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners highly preferred.

**Compensation**
- **In-hand Salary**: Up to ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
