**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide **on-the-spot patient care**.
- Perform **ACLS and BLS procedures** effectively during critical cases.
- Support doctors and paramedics in **patient stabilization and safe transfer**.
- Operate and maintain **emergency medical equipment** in ambulances and hospital units.
- Accurately document **patient assessments, treatments, and incident details**.
- Work in shifts and handle **high-pressure emergency situations** with professionalism.
- **Must be currently residing in Bangalore** (mandatory).
- Minimum **1 year of proven experience** as an EMT in hospital/ambulance services.
- **Valid ACLS and BLS certifications** (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and first aid protocols.
- Physically fit, calm under pressure, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent **communication and teamwork skills**.
