**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that the chargers installed on sites across the city are checked on regular intervals
- Audit and report sites which do not comply with the defined branding or working guidelines
- Report issues correctly to the relevant team members within stipulated time
- Validate if the resolved issues are fixed on the given sites
- Follow all defined processes to ensure operational targets are met
- Ensure targets in terms of quality of work, turnaround time and overall customer satisfaction
- Well versed with basic mobile apps and Google forms
- Fluent in the local language and basic English speaking skills
