Responsibilities:
A team member at a cafe may be responsible for a variety of tasks which includes

Greeting and serving customers: Taking orders, making recommendations, and providing information about menu items and special promotional offers.

Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems: Inputting orders, processing payments, and printing receipts.

Processing payment for orders: Accurately calculating the total cost of an order, including tax, and accepting cash or credit card payments.

Handling cash and credit card transactions: Accurately calculating and processing payment for orders, as well as handling cash and making change.

Handling food and drink orders: Preparing and presenting beverages and food items according to customer requests, as well as ensuring that orders are accurate and served in a timely manner.

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace: Tasks such as wiping down tables, sweeping and mopping the floor, and washing dishes and utensils.

Assisting with inventory management: Asist the outlet manager for ordering supplies, tracking inventory levels, and restocking items as needed.

Providing excellent customer service: Actively listening to customer needs and concerns, addressing any issues that may arise, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience while visiting the cafe.

A team member at a cafe is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the business, while also providing excellent service to customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
