Job OpportunityThe primary objective of this role is to foster meaningful relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.About the PositionThis is an exceptional opportunity for someone who excels in building strong connections, is detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a high level of engagement with members through regular interactions and effective support.Manage the entire onboarding process with professionalism and attention to detail.Drive timely renewals by establishing strong relationships and communicating effectively.Maintain accurate records in the CRM/member database.Develop and execute high-quality programs tailored to member needs, including networking events, leadership series, and exclusive experiences.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution and optimal member satisfaction.Create engaging presentations, membership collateral, and monthly updates that showcase value proposition.Draft clear and concise member communication, including emails, newsletters, and announcements.Support Board meetings by preparing agendas, reports, and minutes.Present membership analytics, engagement reports, and quarterly dashboards.Analyze member feedback, identify insights, and suggest improvements.Track membership metrics, engagement levels, and program participation across segments.Pursue partnerships with ecosystem bodies aligned with member interests.Maintain post-event reports, attendance records, and member profiles.Develop and publish member event calendars, ensuring early communication and coordination.
