**Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth operation during service.
- Provide support during peak times by ensuring efficient service and minimizing delays in cleaning and stocking.

**Health & Safety Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards, particularly regarding food handling, sanitation, and cleaning.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring safe handling of cleaning products and chemicals.

**Cleaning & Sanitation**
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, bar area, and storage spaces.
- Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning techniques.

**Assisting with Food Preparation**
- Assist the kitchen team with basic food prep tasks, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
- Organize and manage kitchen stock, ensuring ingredients are readily available for use.

**Bar Assistance**
- Support bartenders by cleaning glassware, preparing garnishes, and ensuring the bar area is tidy.
- Stock the bar with necessary supplies (e.g., napkins, straws, glasses).

**Waste Management**
- Ensure proper disposal of waste, recycling, and composting in accordance with local regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of garbage and recycling bins, ensuring they are emptied regularly.

**Inventory Management**
- Assist with inventory control and report any damaged or broken items to supervisors.
- Support the ordering and stock rotation of cleaning supplies and kitchen/bar essentials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
