**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning and Sanitation**:

- Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen utensils in accordance with restaurant policies.
- Ensure that the kitchen, workstations, and equipment are kept clean and sanitized at all times.
- Clean floors, walls, and other kitchen areas regularly to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Handle trash and waste disposal in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- **Assisting Kitchen Staff**:

- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as required, including chopping vegetables, cleaning ingredients, and organizing supplies.
- Maintain proper stock levels of kitchen supplies, and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- **Dish and Equipment Management**:

- Ensure that all dishes, glasses, and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored after each use.
- Assist with the proper organization and storage of kitchen tools, equipment, and cleaning materials.
- Report any damaged or broken equipment to the appropriate supervisor for repair or replacement.
- **Maintaining Hygiene Standards**:

- Adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and health regulations in food handling and kitchen sanitation.
- Ensure that all work surfaces and preparation areas are sanitized between uses.
- **Waste Management**:

- Assist in separating recyclables and waste according to restaurant policy.
- Ensure the proper disposal of trash and keep waste areas clean and organized.
- **Assisting in Stocking and Inventory**:

- Help in receiving and storing deliveries in a clean and organized manner.
- Check inventory levels and inform the supervisor when supplies are low or need reordering.
- **Teamwork**:

- Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of food.
- Provide assistance to other departments or team members as needed during busy periods.
- **Other Duties**:

- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Stewarding Supervisor or Head Chef as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
