**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 per month + Service Charge
**Shift Type**: Straight Shift
**Duty Hours**: 10 Hours per Day

**Job Summary**:
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented **F&B Steward** to join our restaurant team in Charni Road, Mumbai. The steward will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency in the restaurant’s food and beverage areas. This role is vital to ensuring a smooth workflow between the kitchen, bar, and dining area, providing exceptional service to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food & Beverage Service Support**:

- Assist in setting up dining tables, ensuring proper arrangement of cutlery, glassware, and linens.
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meals promptly and efficiently.
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables when required.
- **Cleanliness & Hygiene Maintenance**:

- Ensure the restaurant, kitchen, and dining areas are spotless and well-maintained at all times.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment as per hygiene protocols.
- Regularly clean floors, walls, and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- **Kitchen Support**:

- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, including washing vegetables, chopping ingredients, etc.
- Ensure proper storage of food items, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- **Waste Management**:

- Handle waste disposal in an organized manner, ensuring separation of recyclable and non-recyclable items.
- Maintain proper cleanliness in waste areas to avoid any hygiene issues.
- **Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing stock as per inventory control procedures.
- Keep track of stock levels for cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely as per standard operating procedures.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational hospitality training is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to handle long working hours and heavy lifting tasks.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
