- Oversee efficient manufacturing operations across multiple plants, ensuring quality, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, and ESG best practices.
- Manage P&L, capital allocation, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across functions.
- Strengthen OEM and Tier-1 relationships, represent the company at industry forums, and stay ahead of global market trends.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven track record as CEO/MD/COO in a mid-to-large scale manufacturing company (preferably auto components).
- 20+ years of leadership experience, including at least 5 years in strategic growth roles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry dynamics, global supply chains, and manufacturing technologies.
- **Hands-on experience with steel-grade products, forging, machining, and heat treatment processes will be a strong advantage.**:

- Engineering degree (Mechanical/Industrial) with MBA preferred.
