The CRM Assistant will support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team by assisting in the maintenance, analysis, and execution of CRM strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth. The role involves working closely with the CRM Manager to implement campaigns, update customer databases, generate reports, and help optimize customer interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Database Management**:

- Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate customer data.
- Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of the customer database by identifying and removing duplicates.
- Input new customer data and track customer interactions.
- **CRM Campaign Support**:

- Help segment customer lists for targeted campaigns based on behavior, demographics, and purchasing history.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to improve future initiatives.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Generate and analyze CRM-related reports (e.g., customer acquisition, retention rates, engagement metrics).
- Provide regular reports to the CRM team regarding campaign performance and customer behavior.
- Assist with gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- **Customer Interaction Support**:

- Help respond to customer queries or concerns as part of customer service efforts.
- Support the development of personalized communication strategies to enhance customer experiences.
- **Collaborate with Other Teams**:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer relationship management.
- Help implement cross-functional CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- **Data Entry & System Updates**:

- Regularly update CRM software with new customer interactions, feedback, and preferences.
- Ensure that customer records are complete and up-to-date.
- **Customer Retention Programs**:

- Assist in the execution of customer retention strategies and loyalty programs.
- Help identify potential at-risk customers and support initiatives aimed at reducing churn.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on CRM software tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Suggest improvements for CRM processes and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or CRM-related roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is desirable.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work depending on the company.
- Collaborative team environment, requiring a high level of interaction with cross-functional departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
