**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Material Follow-Up**:
- Source, negotiate, and procure materials, components, and equipment from local and international suppliers.
- Track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and escalate delays.
- Coordinate with vendors for dispatch schedules and logistics arrangements.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and expedite as needed to meet project timelines.
**Vendor & Payment Coordination**:
- Liaise with the accounts team to ensure timely payment to vendors as per agreed terms.
- Resolve payment-related queries and disputes in coordination with vendors and finance.
- Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and delivery documentation.
**Material Management**:
- Collaborate with store and project teams for inventory tracking and reordering of critical items.
- Monitor material consumption trends to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Participate in inventory audits and assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels.
**Documentation & Compliance**:
- Prepare and maintain purchase requisitions, PO documentation, and vendor agreements.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and quality standards.
- Support ISO/Quality audit documentation related to procurement.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in procurement/purchase function, preferably in a manufacturing or project-based industry.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of electrical/mechanical materials and technical specifications.
- **Tools**: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), ERP systems
- **Soft Skills**: Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
